About the event
First off, let’s discuss why proper form is as essential as wearing deodorant at the gym. Bad form can lead to injuries, and nobody wants to explain to their doctor why they can’t lift their arm because they tried to impress a cute stranger by lifting a weight that was clearly too heavy. Now, let’s get out there and lift like nobody’s watching (but they probably are, so let’s make it look good)!
