Hi!
I'm Rese

​Helping busy women who want to flatten their tummy and build build their glutes without the gym with my proven 3 step process.

- I am a certified personal trainer and nutritionist with years of experience in weight loss, resistance training, corrective exercise, and more. I am also a certified Yoga and Pilates Instructor.

- Not only do I have the credentials to train, but I have personally overcome depression/anxiety, preeclampsia, cesarean section, diastasis recti, spinal fusion, etc. I also have been able to effectively manage my PCOS through fitness and nutrition.

- I am on a mission to create a fitness community for women who want to take back control of their health and achieve the body they've always dreamed of.

My journey

For me, fitness started as a personal goal to "look a certain way." I always knew I should work out, but my knowledge about overall wellness was limited. It wasn't until I had major surgery and had to recover that I fully understood the magnitude of leading a healthy lifestyle. I was able to recover from major back surgery that typically takes 3 years to clear in 3 months! Even the doctors were impressed. I had the willingness to put my fitness and nutrition at the forefront and "rehabbed" my body back to where it needed to be while using food as medicine. From there, my love for health & wellness was born and has expanded ever since.

What's your cancellation policy?

We request a 24 hour notice when requesting a cancellation or reschedule. We make every attempt to honor reschedule/cancel requests when possible.

What do I need to get started?

Programs can be completed with or without equipment and at home or the gym. You will need to be able to access the training app and the customer portal. Our mobile app is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

What level of support will I receive?

We offer high-touch support. You are able to reach out to us via email, phone, text, or messaging at any time and we will respond asap. We take pride in being supportive, responsive, and held accountable to our standards.

How long until I can see results?

Body transformations take time. Noticeable changes often appear in 8-12 weeks while significant transformations can take several months to a year+. Each individual is different and results are highly dependent on effort and consistency with program and nutrition.

What happens after I reach my goals?
