How much time will I need each week?

Most clients dedicate 60–90 minutes per week between sessions, integration practices, and minor shifts to their routines. The goal is not to add more to your plate, but to redesign what’s already there so your body is supported by default.

What if I travel a lot or work unpredictable hours?
